Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on the pk36 Platform. Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, different device IDs, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of these Terms. The Company employs technical and investigative means to detect duplicate accounts.
When registering your pk36 account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to: your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your date of birth, your active mobile number (used for OTP verification), your valid email address, and your preferred PKR payment method. You are obligated to keep this information updated at all times.
You agree that all information provided to pk36 during registration and at any subsequent time is truthful, complete, and accurate. pk36 is not liable for any losses or complications arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information. In the event that pk36 discovers materially inaccurate information in your account, the Company reserves the right to suspend your account pending investigation and to request updated documentation.
Where pk36 identifies that a User has registered more than one account, the Company may, at its sole discretion: close all duplicate accounts, void all bets and game results made from the duplicate accounts, forfeit any bonus funds awarded to duplicate accounts, and recover any winnings generated through duplicate account play from the primary account balance. This applies whether or not the duplication was intentional.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your pk36 account credentials, including your email address, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You agree to:

All financial transactions on the pk36 Platform are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pk36 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Online/Bank Transfer, UBL Online/Bank Transfer, and Meezan Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary at any time and pk36 reserves the right to add or remove payment options without prior notice.
The minimum deposit on pk36 is Rs 200 for mobile wallet methods (JazzCash, EasyPaisa) and Rs 1,000 for bank transfer methods (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank). Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method, account verification status, and VIP tier. The current maximum single deposit for standard accounts is Rs 2,00,000 via JazzCash and EasyPaisa, and Rs 10,00,000 via bank transfer. You warrant that all funds deposited into your pk36 account are your own lawfully earned money and are free from any criminal or fraudulent origin. pk36 operates Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance protocols and may request documentary evidence of the source of funds for any deposit where legally required or where the Company has reasonable grounds for suspicion. No Deposit Fees from pk36: pk36 does not charge any fees on deposits made by Players. However, your mobile wallet provider (JazzCash, EasyPaisa) or bank may impose their own transaction fees, which are your sole responsibility. Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through your pk36 account wallet section. All withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same payment method used for the original deposit (or to a verified alternative method approved by pk36 compliance) and in PKR. Withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in your name are strictly prohibited.
Identity verification (KYC) must be completed in full before any withdrawal can be processed. KYC requires submission of a clear copy of your valid CNIC. pk36 reserves the right to request additional documentation including proof of address or source of funds for withdrawals above specified thresholds. pk36's verification team aims to complete standard KYC checks within 2 business hours of document submission.

The minimum withdrawal amount on pk36 is Rs 500. Maximum single withdrawal amounts and daily/weekly withdrawal limits vary by account verification status and VIP tier. These limits are communicated within individual game information panels and apply regardless of theoretical payout structures. pk36 reserves the right to limit maximum payouts on any game where circumstances indicate system errors or irregularities have contributed to an anomalous outcome.

pk36 reserves the right to void bets placed at obviously incorrect odds where a palpable pricing error can be evidenced. A palpable error is defined as an odds price significantly divergent from the fair market price available at the time of bet placement, resulting from a data feed error, human input error, or technical system failure. Players who knowingly exploit palpable errors will have affected bets voided and may face account suspension.
If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed beyond 48 hours of its original scheduled start time, or declared void by the governing sports body, all bets on that event will be settled as void and stakes returned to Players' wallets. Bets placed on markets that were settled prior to the event cancellation will stand.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk36 Platform. Violation of any prohibition listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities:

Any unauthorized use of pk36's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by pk36.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk36, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable to you for any: indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; loss of profits or revenue; loss of data; loss of potential winnings; or any other losses arising out of or related to your use of the pk36 Platform, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if pk36 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
pk36's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by you into your pk36 account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Service Availability: pk36 aims to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical issues, or factors outside pk36's control. pk36 is not liable for any losses, missed betting opportunities, or consequential damages arising from Platform unavailability, regardless of cause.
The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data by pk36 is governed by the pk36 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the pk36 Platform, you acknowledge and agree to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Where an account is closed by pk36 due to violation of these Terms (including but not limited to fraud, collusion, or bonus abuse), pk36 reserves the right to forfeit the account balance in whole or in part. Where an account is closed for compliance reasons where no breach by the Player is established, the verified wallet balance shall be returned to the Player via their registered payment method.
In the event of any dispute between you and pk36 arising from or related to these Terms, your account, a specific game outcome, a sports betting settlement, a withdrawal, or any other matter relating to the pk36 Platform, the following dispute resolution procedure applies:
pk36 will treat all formally submitted disputes with diligence and impartiality. All relevant game logs, transaction records, and communications will be preserved and made available for review during the dispute resolution process.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk36 holds its gaming license ("the Governing Jurisdiction"). Subject to the dispute resolution procedure set out in Section 16, both parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Governing Jurisdiction for the resolution of all disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the escalation process.

The notification will specify the effective date of the amended Terms and a summary of the key changes.
Your continued use of the pk36 Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 15.
